hellooo!!

basically i'm looking for any diary/journaling type sites recommendations, preferably ones i can customize to my hearts content but not absolutely necessary!

i've been trying to keep one irl for years but it doesn't work too well for me because of my physical health and overall memory   however i wanna try an online one and see if it sticks better with me!

there's probably other methods besides sites too but unfortunately coding doesn't come easy to me t__t so ya!

the sites i mention are gonna let u customize to an extent but maybe not to to your hearts content!

1. https://bearblog.dev/ - i use bearblog myself sometimes, its a nice free blogging site ^-^ it uses markdown (which is a simple language n pretty easy to pick up) to format the contents of your blog, and while the css is class-less you can do a lot if you get creative with it!

2. https://www.dreamwidth.org/ ive never used dreamwidth myself but its a lot like livejournal! (which is still around, so maybe you can check that out too)

3. https://zonelets.net/ zonelets is a popular blogging engine i see a lot on neocities - this probably gives you the most control over the theme but you would need to host it yourself and do a bit of coding

im sure theres others out there im missing!!
